The Liberia Council of Churches has deployed 20 Campaign Monitors and will deploy 300 election monitors accredited by the National Election Commission of Liberia including church leaders across the 15 counties of Liberia. Out of the 300 Election Monitors, 280 will monitor at assigned precinct while 20 will be mobile monitors that will monitor across several voting precinct.

The capaign monitors will monitor and report every step of the electoral process at their assigned precinct. The report from the monitors will be sent digitally in real time to the LCC Election Situation Room where data will be tabulated and analyzed which shall set the basis for informed decision as it relates to the view of the LCC on the 2023 elections through press statements and conferences..
